We clean Monday – Saturday, and can start early morning (7:00 am – 9:00 am) or early afternoon, (12:30 pm – 1:30 pm).
For your
general cleaning needs, you can have a one-time cleaning, or be on a regular schedule with your favorite maid weekly, every other week, or every four weeks. You can be “on call” for when you just need to catch up, or call us before family visits and holidays.
General cleaning
Kitchen
Wash, dry, and put away dishes. Clean stove top, microwave oven, and outside of refrigerator. Scour sink. Clean counters, backsplash, outside of cabinets, table and chairs. Mop floor.
Bathrooms
Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs, and toilets. Clean vanities, fixtures, sinks, and mirrors. Mop floors.
Other Rooms
Dust furniture and shelves. Polish wood furniture and woodwork. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces. Wipe baseboards. Vacuum floors and carpets. Vacuum furniture. Mop floors. Empty wastebaskets in all rooms and take out garbage.
We can accommodate your personal laundry, including your fine bed linens. For our linens service, we strip the sheets, wash, dry, and remake it like a hotel bed. We can handle your
special projects too.
Special Projects
Clean insides of cabinets and closets. Clean inside of refrigerator or oven. Defrost the freezer. Clean inside of windows (or both sides if they fold in). Clean blinds or ceiling fans. Pack or unpack boxes. Organize closets and cabinets. Don’t see your special project? Just call and ask.

Move-in/out cleaning
Kitchen

Post-construction Cleaning
Walls are dry dusted from top to bottom. Windows on the inside (or both sides if they fold in) and window sills are dusted down, vacuumed, and cleaned. Baseboards, doors and doorways, and exterior events are wiped down. Floors and carpeting are vacuumed several times using a vacuum with a HEPA filter. Floors are mopped several times. Inside and outside of all kitchen appliances are scrubbed. Inside and out of all cabinets, closets, shelves and drawers (kitchen and bathroom) are cleaned. Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized, including toilets, tubs, fixtures, vanities, and tiles.
